Well, we did and Heather made the entire process so comfortable for us. She went the extra mile with several FaceTime videos inside the house; followed up on inspections and repairs; sent all paperwork electronically indicating where to sign; responded promptly to my questions/concerns/requests. My escrow was fraught with built in problems, from the seller, and Heather was calm and constant in her resolution of those problems. My purchase in Arizona was done long distance. It is extremely important to have confidence and trust in your agent in any transaction, but it is even more important when participating in a "long distance" deal.
